نحن فى حاجة إلى فهم أكثر عمقاً لسلوكيات الفساد الإدارى، وكذلك لسلوكيات النزاهة من حيث دوافعها، ولنوعية الأفراد أو الجماعات الذين ينخرطون فيها ولنوع الثقافة المجتمعية والثقافة المؤسسية التى تهيىء لظهور هذه السلوكيات. نحن فى حاجة أيضاً إلى التعرف على عمليات التحول فى المعايير الأخلاقية، والقيم المرتبطة بتنمية وتقوية النزاهة، وكذلك المرتبطة بتدهور وانهيار منظومتها. ونحن فى حاجة كذلك إلى مزيد من الدراسات المقارنة لفهم محددات هامش التسامح فى المعايير الأخلاقية ودور التدعيم والتعلم الإجتماعى فى سلوكيات النزاهة وسلوكيات الفساد كذلك.
لقد صممت موضوعات هذا المؤتمر لتفتح آفاقاً جديدة للنقاش والحوار المهنى والعملى والعلمى، وتبادل الخبرات العلمية بين المشاركين، وبينهم وبين المحاضرين ومقدمى الأوراق.
