إن هذا الكتاب سوف يتناول شرح مفصل للتنظيم القانوني للحماية الوقتية للحيازة طبقاً لنص المادة 44 مكرر مرافعات بعد بيان معنى الحيازة وعناصرها وشرائطها القانونية وطرق انتقالها وزوالها وإثباتها، ثم تقييم هذه الحماية من حيث بيان ما تميزت به من مميزات لم تكن في التنظيمات القانونية السابقة، ثم يتبع ذلك بيان المشكلات العملية للحماية الوقتية للحيازة في ظل القانون الحالة رقم 22 لسنة 1992، وأخيراً اقتراح حلول لهذه المشكلات بهدف وضع الحماية الوقتية للحيازة في وضع أفضل يحقق الغاية المقصودة منها وذلك في فصول ثلاثة على النحو التالي: الفصل الأول: يتناول بيان معنى الحيازة وعناصرها وشروط صحتها القانونية وطرق انتقالها وزوالها وإثباتها، الفصل الثاني: ويتناول التنظيم القانوني للحماية الوقتية للحيازة بالقانون 23 لسنة 1992، الفصل الثالث: ويتناول تقييم الحماية الوقتية للحيازة.
