وفى ضوء ما سبق نتناول بحث الموضوع من خلال ثلاثة مباحث على النحو التالي: المبحث الأول: مفهوم وماهية, وأنواع الفساد, المبحث الثانى: الأبعاد الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية للفساد, المبحث الثالث: المؤسسات المعنية بمكافحة الفساد محليا وعالميا.
ثم يتناول مفهوم العولمة وأبعادها فى الفصل الثانى, وعولمة النظام الاقتصادى الجديد وأخيرا فساد العولمة فى الفصل الثالث والرابع على التوالى.
