ولا شك أن لكل شخص أو نظام أو منظمة نظرة للحياة قد تقترب أو تبتعد عن آخرين إلا أن للحقيقة دوراً إنسانياً لا بد من تأكيدها لتأثيرها على مسار الأحداث في أي مجتمع لتبصيره والتمسك بها والدفاع عنها وتجنب غيرها مع أن هناك من الوسائل الأخرى التي تحاول طمسها وتشويهها وحرفها عن مضمونها وأهدافها وبالتالي تشكل حالة إبتعاد عن الإنسانية وإعتباراتها في الحياة.
فالكتاب هو مقدمات لشرح مبادئ حقوق الإنسان التي أقرتها الأمم المتحدة، في الإعلان العالمي، والحقوق المدنية والسياسية والإجتماعية والإقتصادية والثقافية مع تبيان حقوق الإنسان في بريطانيا والدول الأوروبية والإعلان العربي ومواضيع متعددة متعلقة بحقوق الإنسان والإنسانية وأن ما ذكر هو كحالة علاجية لتتفادى ما يحصل من إنتهاكات ضد الإنسانية، ضرورة التأكيد على جعل الشعور الإنساني أساساً للإنسانية ومعرفة الحقيقة لضمان الحقوق والحريات والعمل بها ليتمكن الإنسان في كل مكان أن يعيش بكرامة وتحرره من الخوف.
