وقد بذلت ما وسعني من جهد، من أجل إخراج هذه الدراسة المتواضعة بأفضل حلة، سعياً صادقاً مني إلى إنتشال هذه المخطوطة من الضياع وتراكم غبار السنين عليها في رفوف المكتبات؛ لإخراجها إلى عالم النور والمطبوعات، من غير إطالة ولا حشو، مؤثراً الإحالة إلى المصادر إن كانت الإحالة تكفي، وأعلق إن وجدت التعليق ضرورياً، فإن أكن قد وفقت في ذلك فهو فضل الله تعالى وحسن توفيقه، وإن تكن الأخرى، فحسبي أني لم ادَّع لعملي هذا الكمال، وإني إنما سعيت صادقاً ومخلصاً لأكون ممن نالوا شرف خدمة شريعتنا السمحاء، وفقهنا العظيم، وأسهموا في بعث تراثنا العريق، وعلى من يجد فيه هفوة أو زلة أو خطأً، أن يغفر لي ذلك، ويلتمس لي عذراً، وعزائي أني قصدت صادقاً إلى إخراج هذا الكتاب إلى النور؛ ليجد مكانه بين أيدي طلبة العلم، ولم آلُ في ذلك جهداً.
