ولهذا فقد لجأت كثير من الدول حديثاً إلى العلاج بالأعشاب وبالطرق البديلة المختلفة التي لا يكون لها آثار جانبية خطيرة، فانتشرت في اوربا وأمريكا مراكز العلاج البديل، هذا خلاف الدول التي كانت أصلاً لا تزال تعالج بهذه الطرق كالصين والهند وبعض جزر اليابان.
وموضوع الكتاب (العلاج بالمكسرات والمشروبات والزيون العطرية)، ليس جديداً على المتخصصين، لكنه يلفت نظر كثير من الناس لأمور قد غابت عنهم، بل يظن بعضهم أن فيها ضرراً، وهي تحتوي على فوائد عدة.
