الدكتور نديم نجدي من مواليد 1965 صريفا – جنوب لبنان، كاتب وباحث لبناني وأستاذ مادّة الفلسفة في الجامعة اللبنانية في كليتي التربية والآداب، نال الدكتوراه في الفلسفة من الجامعة اللبنانية عام 2002 – 2003 إضافة إلى تجربته في التعليم الثانوي الرسمي والخاص من العام 1994 حتى 2001، عالج العديد من الموضوعات الفلسفية والفكرية فيها الكثير من الدقة والعمق في التجربة والتحليل على ما انطوت عليه مضامين كتبه الصادرة والبعض منها قيد الطباعة ناهيك عن نشر العديد من المقالات والأبحاث في الصحف والدوريات الفكرية اللبنانية والعربية.

مؤلف هذا الكتاب واحد ممن أجازت له فلسفة نيتشه الدخول إلى فضاءات رحبة، لم يجرؤ أحد قبله على مخاطرة ريادتها بالحكمة إياها التي أدركت ما سيؤول إليه فعل تدشينها من استفزاز، كان نيتهش قد حثّ غيره قبلاً على كتابة نفسه مكتوب للآخرين. من هنا، لا يعتبر الكاتب نفسه متطفلاً ومتطاولاً على ما كان يتألم منه وبه نيتشه، حينما خطّ ألمه في فلسفة غاصة في دفائن نفسه لتنتشل ما هو ساكن في أعماق الغير. قد يتعارض القارئ أو يتفق مع ما قاله نيتشه، باعتباره رأياً خاصاً لنفس قلقة من حساسية صدقها حيال ما قد يعتبره هذا القارئ تشاؤماً مبالغاً فيه، فنيتشه لم يدّع يوماً بنهائية رأيه، ولا بصوابية موقعه من حياتنا التي عكّر صفوها، فكدّرها بمعول نقضه وتقويضه لحقائقنا من خلال افتضاحه وتعريته لهشاشة أفعالنا وأقوالنا التي فبركت ما لا أساس له في أصلنا، كأن تعرف مثلاً أن ما تغتبط به لا يبعث على الفرح، وما تشاهده من الشيء ليس في الشيء نفسه... وهكذا.
وما محاولة الكاتب هذه لإضاءة ما فات نيتشه إضاءته، أو قوله بفوات عصره المنقضي منذ زمن لا يشبه زمننا، ما هذه الإضاءات سوى اجتهاد إنسان قرأ نصوص نيتشه من خلاله.
