فتعرضت للاعتراف به تشريعيا دوليا ومحليا, فقها وقضاءاً, ثم لنطاقه, ومدي تأثره بالنشر الإلكتروني الحديث, وجانب من تطبيقاته الخاصة والمعاصرة إلي حد ما في ضوء قانون حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية في كل من مصر وفرنسا علي وجه التحديد, وإتمام الفائدة أثرت الإشارة إلي موقف شريعتنا الإسلامية الغراء من هذا الحق وإقرارها له بصورة كاملة وشاملة تضمن لكل ذى حق حقه دون جور من أحد علي غيره وهو الموقف الذي جاء ثابتا ووافيا يمكن تطبيقه في كل زمان و مكان وعلي كافة المصنفات أيا كان أسمها أو محتواها مادامت في حدود ما أمر به الله تعالي ووصانا به نبينا محمد (صلي الله عليه وسلم ) ولذا جاءت هذه الأشارة في موطن واحد من البحث لعدم التكرار.
