وفي هذا الكتاب نحاول أن نرصد أخطر ما ارتكبه النظام البائد من خطايا, فوجدنا أنها عشر, وكل منها تمثل عنواناً لخطايا تفرعت عنها, أو انطوت تحتها, أو كانت مرتبطة بها ارتباطاً وثيقاً. هذا الكتاب محاولة لرصد خطايا ديكتاتور تهاوى, ونظام فاسد سقط معه بالضربة القاضية, ولكنه لا يزال يترنح في محاولة للنهوض, والأمل في ألا ينهض, ولا يعود أبداً.
