يتضمن هذا الكتاب "تكنولوجيا التعليم والتعلم" فصول تسعة يبدأ في فصله الأول بمفهوم المعينات وأسس اختيارها واستخدامها وكذا أنواعها وفلسفتها ثم تفصيل أنواعها وفلسفة كل نوع في فصل مزود بالرسوم والأشكال. وقد تناول الفصل الثاني المعينات المرئية، وتضمن الفصل الثالث المعينات السمعية واشتمل الفصل الرابع على المعينات المرئية السمعية، ثم تأكيد على دور وأهمية وضرورة التعلم الذاتي.
تناول الفصل الخامس آلات التعلم والتعلم الذاتي. أما الفصل السادس فعالج موضوع الهيبروميديا، وتناول الفصل السابع الفيديو التفاعلي، ثم الفصل الثامن لمحور الاتصال والتواصل المحلي والعالمي في مجال التربية والتعليم بالإنترنت. وأخيراً كان فصل الختام هو الفصل التاسع الذي تناول بعضاً من المهارات والتطبيقات التي يمكن الاستعانة بها والإضافة لها.
