لقد تمّ إعداد وتنظيم هذا الكتاب (أحكام الصوم) طبقاً لفتاوى الإمام الخامنئي وذلك نظراً للحاجة الملحّة وإمتثالاً لطلب الأخوة الأعّزاء ممن لهم حق التقدير والإحترام، وعليه فقد قام المؤلف بتنظيم وإعداد مسائل الصوم وعرضها تحت عنوان (مسائل) ليسهل تناولها وأخذها، ولهذا أعيدت صياغة الأسئلة والأجوبة وتبويبها بشكل جديد.
وقد استند المؤلف في أخذ المسائل من المصادر التالية: 1-الأسئلة والأجوبة الواردة في كتاب أجوبة الإستفتاءات، 2-الأسئلة والأجوبة الواردة في كتاب (أجوبة الإستفتاءات في الصوم)، 3-الأسئلة والأجوبة الموجودة في أرشيف الإستفتاءات في مكتب سماحة الإمام الخامنئي، 4-كتاب تعليم الأحكام، 5-كتاب منتخب الأحكام.
