يرسّخ الكاتب في اصداره الجديد، مبدأ علم الإيزوتيريك على أنّه علم الوعي بالممارسة، وعلم بناء الشخصية الفردية الواعية في موقفها من التحوّلات التي يفرضها مسار تطوّر الحياة في شموليته. فالحياة إلى تطور دائم، وموضوعات الكتاب لا تواكب هذا التطوّر فحسب، بل تقدّم تقنيات عملية لفهم أبعاده واحتواء تحوّلاته. أمّا الدافع لذلك فهو الاعتقاد السائد بأنّ النواحي المادية هيمنت على مسار تطوّر الحياة، ما ساهم في رفع وتيرة الضغوطات اليومية على البشر كافّة أينما كانوا. خاصة أنّ التطوّر التكنولوجي فرض تحوّلات جذرية في المجتمعات، انعكست في ما أفرزته مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي كافّة، والتي باتت تمثّل قاعدة مؤثّرة في توجيه التحوّلات العالمية على أنواعها.
يهدف الدكتور جوزيف مجدلاني من خلال هذا الكتاب إلى توضيح حقيقة أنّ الواقع ليس سوداويًا... ففي منتهى الأمر، نظام الوعي هو ما يأتي بهذه التحوّلات ليتعلّم الإنسان معنى حرية الاختيار وأبعادها. فهذه الحرية تمارس إفراديًا فجماعيًا... وممارستها بوعي في ظل كلّ يسعى أبدًا إلى التطوّر يريح المرء من ضغوطات حياة المادّة.
