تسعى هذه الدراسة للتعرف على العوامل المهنية المؤثرة على القائم بالإتصال الإذاعي من خلال دراسة ميدانية.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى: 1- دراسة مستويات الرضا المهني لدى القائم بالإتصال الإذاعي.
2-معرفة الجهات التي تمارس ضغوطاً على القائم بالإتصال الإذاعيي ونوع هذه الضغوط.
3-معرفة العوامل المؤثرة على أداء القافئم بالإتصال الإذاعي.
4-الكشف عن أهم المعوقات التي تواجه القائم بالإتصال الإذاعي، ومحاولة الوصول إلى حلول لتلافيها مستقبلاً.
5-التعرف على الحلول والمقترحات للتغلب على المعوقات التي تواجه القائم بالإتصال من وجهة نظره.
تعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية التي اعتمدت على منهج المسح، اعتمد الباحث في هذه الدراسة على أدوات الإستبيان والمقابلة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات المتعلقة بمشكلة الدراسة.
أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة:
1-أن النسبة الأعلى من القائمين بالإتصال يتعرضون للضغوط من خارج الإذاعات بمعدل أحياناً حيث بلغت (45%).
2-أن الجهات التي تمارس الضغوط على القائمين بالإتصال وفقاً لأهلميتها مرتبة كالتالي: المجموعات المسلحة غير الشرعية، ويليها الحكومة المؤقتة، وأخيراً الجمهور.
3-أشارت الدراسة أن المرتبة الأولى للضغوط التي تؤثر على الأداء المهني للقائم بالإتصال كانت للضغوط غير المباشرة، مثل: الملاحقة، وإغلاق المؤسسات الإذاعية، بدرجة موافقة نعم وبنسبة (79.2%) ونوع تأثيرها سلبي بنسبة (82.7%).
4-أن المرتبة الأولى لما وفرته بيئة العمل للقائم بالإتصال الإذاعي على المستوى المهني كانت تطوير عملهم المهني بشكل أفضل بدرجة موافق إلى حد ما بنسبة بلغت (57.8%).
