لا شك ان تحرير الأحكام الجنائية الصادرة من محاكم الجنايات وامن الدولة العليا تحتاج إلي عناية خاصة بما تتطلبه من ضوابط تسبيب، وضوابط صياغة لبيانات تلك الاحكام بما لا يخرجها عن النسق السليم الواجب إصدارها علي ضوئه؛ لكي يحقق الغرض من طبيعة الحكم الجنائي من ترتيب في عرضه مع أسبابه حتي يؤتي ما قصده الشارع من المحكمة من تسبيب الاحكام الجنائية.
وهو ما سوف يتضمنه هذا الكتاب من خلال فكرة عامة لفن صياغة بيانات الحكم الجنائي- مع مايستلزمه ذلك من التعرض لمعظم الجنايات الواردة بقانون العقوبات والقوانين الجنائية الخاصة في ضوء أحكام صادرة فيها معلقاً عليها بما استقر عليه محكمة النقض من قواعد موضوعية وشكلية لازمة لصحة الحكم سواء كان الحكم بالإدانة أو بالبراءة، هذا، فضلاً عن صور لأحكام الإدانه وصور لأحكام البراءة.
