هذا الكتاب هو بمثابة حاشية على تفسير الجلالين، إذ أن تفسير الجلالين جاء مختصراً جداً لا يتعدى شرح الكلمات، فقام صاحب الفتوحات الإلهية بتوضيحه وشرحه شرحا مطولا بين فيه وجوه الإعراب ومعاني الألفاظ وأقوال العلماء والمفسرين . وقد وضعنا تفسير الجلالين في أعلى الصفحات والفتوحات الإلهية في أسفلها وهذه طبعة مضبوطة ومخرّجة الآيات.
