يعتقد كثير من الناس أن إنشاء الرسوم المتحركة وتصميم صفحات الإنترنت التي تشتمل علي إمكانيات هائلة عملية شاقة ويجب أن يتعلمها في سنوات كما تعلم القراءة والكتابة في المراحل الأولية للتعليم. وفي رأينا أن هذا الأعتقاد خاطئ لأنه مع أستخدام برامج إنشاء الرسوم المتحركة ومنها برنامج فلاش أصبح هذا الأمر سهلاً وميسوراً فأصبح الآن بإمكانك معالجة الصور وضبطها والتعامل معها بكل سهولة ويسر.
لا شك أن إعداد كتاب يشرح فلاش بما يحويه من إمكانيات ومزايا هائلة بطريقة مبسطة تصلح للمبتدئين وطلاب المعاهد والجامعات أمر غاية في الصعوبة, ولذلك فقد أستشعرت مسئولية عظمي عندما طلب مني إعداد هذا الكتاب ليكون مادة دراسية في المعاهد التي تشرف عليها بعض الجامعات وقد أستخرت الله وطلبت منه أن ييسر لي هذا العمل لكي يري النور وتتحقق الفائدة المرجوة من إعداده.
وقد ألتزمت في إعداد هذا الكتاب سياسة "خطوة... خطوة" التي تعتمد مبدأ التدرج في التعليم من الأسهل إلي الأصعب وأن يتناسب مع المستوي المطلوب لطلبة الجامعات والمعاهد.
ونتناول هذا الكتاب بطريقة تعتمد علي سهولة وسرعة تقديم المعلومة لتناسب الفئات التي يخاطبها هذا الكتاب.
