كما يظهر لنا قدرتها على الوصف الدقيق للأماكن السياحية وتتجلى مهارتها الشعرية في بلوغ الديوان ما يربو على ألف ومائة بيت من وزن واحد، قافية واحدة وموضوع واحد وهو مصر عبر الآثار والأحداث التاريخية منذ عهد الفراعنة حتى القرن العشرين. كما أن شعر لورا الأسيوطي يتميز بالعذوبة والقدرة على استخدام اللغة الشاعرة والأخيلة والصور الفنية في تفوق واضح. وهذا الديوان يضيف إلى تراثنا الشعري عملاً كبيراً لشاعرة مجددة ومجيدة.
