حيث نعرض في الفصل الأول لأحكام الكمبيالة وشروط إنشاؤها الموضوعية والشكلية ولتداول الكمبيالة، ولضمانات الوفاء بالكمبيالة، ولحالات الرجوع لعدم الوفاء واحتجاج عدم القبول وللسقوط والتقادم.
وفي الفصل الثاني نعرض لأحكام السند الإذني (لأمر) من حيث إنشاؤه وتداوله وضمانات الوفاء به والرجوع لعدم الوفاء وللسقوط والتقادم، والفصل الثالث نعرض لأحكام الشيك من حيث ما جاء بشأنه من جرائم الشيك في قانون التجارة، سواء جريمة إصدار شيك بدون رصيد أو الجرائم الأخرى الخاصة بالشيك والتي وردت به.
