يأتي العنوان (والتفتتْ) عند الشاعر هشام بن صالح القاضي، من قبيل المفاجأة الشعرية التي تشحن النص بطاقة هائلة، ومكتظة على التركيز، والتبئير حول فعل الإلتفات، ما يدفع القارئ للنص عن السؤال من تلك التي التفتتْ؟.
يقول الشاعر في مستهل قصيدته: "والتفتَتْ... فكأنَّ الغيمةَ إذْ شهَقَتْ... وكأنَّ الريشةَ إذْ رَسَمَتْ... والأرضَ جميعاً قد صمتتْ... وابتسمتْ... فكأنَّ الوردةَ إذ فتحتْ... وكأن النغمةَ إذْ عزفتْ... والدنيا بجنونٍ ضحكت...".
ما يعني تمركز الإشتغال الشعري في بؤرة (الحركة / الحدث) فانبثق منها رؤية بنكهة جمالية، سحرية، سَرت في إيماءات عديدة حول تلك (المرأة) التي قدمها الشاعر على قدر كبير وكثيف من الإيحاء الدلالي، وتوالي الإستحوذات الجميلة، والبنيات الأسلوبية التي ضحت النص بطاقة تعبيرية جمالية فريدة.
