هذا جزء لطيف حوى فتوى في عدم صحة ما نقل عن الصحابي الجليل، مؤذن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بلال بن رباح رضي الله عنه، من إبداله الشين في الأذان سينا، كتبها أبو الخير محمد بن محمد بن الخيضري الدمشقي الشافعي (821-894هـ)، إثر سؤال تقدم به إليه الحافظ إبراهيم بن محمد بن محمود الناجي (810-900هـ)، يسأله:
هل صح أن بلالاً كان يبدل حرف الشين سينا من كلمة: "أشهد حال الأذان والإقامة فينطقها: "أسهد" بالسين المهملة بدل الشين المعجمة؟
فأجابه العلامة الخيضري بعدم صحة ذلك، وبنى فتواه على أمرين هامين: الأول: أن الحديث الوارد في: "سين بلال عند الله شين"، لا أصل له في شيء من كتب السنة: الصحاح، والمسانيد، والسنن، والتواريخ، والأجزاء.
الثاني: أن الأذان رتبة سنية انتخب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لها بلالاً لنداوة صوته، ولم ينقل إلينا عن أحد من الصحابة ممن سمعه يؤذن تلك المدة المتطاولة في زمن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ولا بعده أنه حكى عنه هذه اللثغة في حرف الشين، ولو كانت فيه لتوفرت الدواعي على نقلها، فإن مثلها لا يسكت عنه.
إلى جانب هذا حوى هذا الجزء على وصية القاضي "ابن الميلق" والتي جاءت في التقوى والصلاح.
