Book Description
إن كتاب التوحيد- الذي ألفه الإمام شيخ الإسلام، محمد بن عبد الوهاب، أجزل الله له الأجر والثواب، وغفر له ومن أجاب دعوته إلى يوم يقوم الحساب- قد جاء بديعًا في معناه: من بيان التوحيد ببراهينه، وجمع جمل من أدلته لإيضاحه وتبيينه. فصار علمًا للموحدين، وحجة على الملحدين. فانتفع به الخلق الكثير، والجك الغفير.
فإن هذا الإمام "رحمه الله" في مبتدأ نشأته، قد شرح الله صدره للحق المبين، الذي بعث الله به المرسلين: من إخلاص العبادة بجميع أنواعها لله رب العالمين، وإنكار ما كان عليه الكثير من شرك المشركين.
فأعلى الله همته، وقى عزيمته، فتصدى لدعوة أهل نجد إلى التوحيد- الذي هو أساس الإسلام والإيمان- ونهاهم عن عبادة الأشجار والأحجار، والقبور والطواغيت والأوثان، وعن الإيمان بالسحرة والمنجمين والكهان.
وأما كتابه المذكور، فموضوعه: في بيان ما بعث الله به رسله: من توحيد العبادة، وبيانه بالأدلة من الكتاب والسنة، وذكر ما ينافيه من الشرك الأكبر، أو ينافي كماله الواجب من الشرك الأصغر ونحوه، وما يقرب من ذلك أو يوصل إليه.
وقد تصدى لشرحه حفيد المصنف، وهو الشيخ سليمان بن عبد الله رحمه الله تعالى، فوضع عليه شرحًا أجاد فيه وأفاد، وأبرز فيه من البيان ما يجب أن يطلب منه ويراد، وسماه "تيسير العزيز الحميد، في شرح كتاب التوحيد".
وحيث أطلق: "شيخ الإسلام"، فالمراد به: أبو العباس أحمد بن عبد الحليم بن عبد السلام بن تيمية، و"الحافظ"، فالمراد به: احمد بن حجر العسقلاني.
ولما قرأت شرحه: رأيته أطنب في مواضع، وفي بعضها تكرار يستغنى بالبعض منه عن الكل ولم يكمله.
فأخذت في تهذيبه وتقريبه وتكميله، وربما أدخلت فيه بعض النقول المستحسنة تتميمًا للفائدة، وسميته "فتح المجيد لشرح كتاب التوحيد".
