وقد استبعدنا من دراستنا هذه مخرجات الحاسب الإلكتروني، وذلك لما تتميز به من خصوصيات معينة في ظل التشريعات الإلكترونية الصادرة حديثاً والتي تناولت حجية مخرجات الحاسوب، ولأهمية هذا الموضوع سوف نخصص مؤلف خاص ومنفصل يعالج حجية مخرجات الحاسب الإلكترونية في إثبات المسائل المدنية والتجارية.
