كثيراً من نستمع إلى الأخبار والتحليلات السياسية التى تتعلق بالدولة الإيرانية ورئيسها وتاريخها وثورتها وحتى عقيدتها الدينية.. وجمعيها لا تخرج من إحدى المجموعتين. مجموعة تؤيد هذه الدولة وسياستها الرافضة للتبعية والهيمنة وترى فيها أملاً بازغاً للدولة الإسلامية، وأخرى ترى فيها الشر المستطير على العالم إستقراره وسلامة. والدولة الإيرانية هى ذاتها موضوع هذا الكتاب الذى وضعه الدكتور (على محمد بيومى) ولكنه صانه بعيداً عن الإنضمام إلى أحدى المجموعتين السابقتين. فقد بنى الرؤية التحليلية الموضوعية لسياسة الرئيس (أحمد نجاد) وتوجهاته وكذلك فوزة الكاسح فى الإنتخابات وما يوحى إليه. فيبين مفاجأة هذا الفوز من خلال حديث قصير عن شخصية الرئيس ثم يوضح تأثره بفكر الخمينى ليتناول من خلال هذه النقطة محاور نظرية الإمام الخمينى.. ومنها يوضح أركان السلطة والتيارات والأحزاب السياسية والقواعد الدستورية فى الدولة الإيرانية، وبالطبع لم يفت على المؤلف أن يعرج على الملف النووى سواء فى فصل مستقل أو فى داخل باقى الفصول التى احتواها الكتاب بين دفتيه.
