عبد الرحمن بن ناصر السعدي الناصري التميمي، هو الشيخ أبو عبد الله عبد الرحمن بن ناصر بن عبد الله بن ناصر السعدي الناصري التميمي ويعرف اختصاراً ابن سعدي (1889-1956) ولد في بلدة عنيزة في القصيم يوم 12 محرم عام ألف وثلاثمائة وسبع من الهجرة النبوية، وتوفيت أمه وله من العمر أربع سنوات وتوفي والده وهو في السابعة، فتربى يتيماً ولكنه نشأ نشأة حسنة، وكان قد استرعى الأنظار منذ حداثة سنه بذكائه ورغبته الشديدة في التعلم، وهو مصنف وكاتب كتاب تيسير الكريم الرحمن في تفسير كلام المنان.
النشأة
قرأ القرآن بعد وفاة والده ثم حفظه عن ظهر قلب، وأتقنه وعمره أحد عشر سنة، ثم اشتغل في التعلم على علماء بلده وعلى من قدم بلده من العلماء، فاجتهد وجد حتى نال الحظ الأوفر من كل فن من فنون العلم، ولما بلغ من العمر ثلاثا وعشرين عام جلس للتدريس فكان يتعلم ويعلم، ويقضي جميع أوقاته في ذلك حتى أنه في عام ألف وثلاثمائة وخمسين صار التدريس ببلده راجعاً إليه، ومعول جميع الطلبة في التعلم.

إن علم أصول الفقه ينضبط به التفكير الإسلامي المر في أطر واضحة المعالم متينة القوائم، ولذلك فهو لا يستغنى عنه العالم ولا المتعلم، ولما كانت مصنفاته قد دخل عليها ما شاب علوم الشريعة المتكاثرة فأصابها ما ليس منها، فكلن لزاماً على أهل العلم من أتباع السلف أن يضعوا كتباً ورسائل في هذا العلم يستقونها من الكتاب والسنة وما عليه سلف الأمة بعيدة عن علوم الكلام والمنطق أو الأصول المذهبية فكان من ذلك المطولات الممتعات كإعلام الموقعين لابن القيم، والمختصرات المهمات كهذه الرسالة التي حبرها علامة العظيم عبد الرحمن بن ناصر السعدي، فإنها على اختصارها حوت فوائد زوائد وبدائع فرائد يلتقطها المبتدئ بيسر، ويتناولها المنتهي فيسر بالعودة لمضمون هذه الرسالة نجد أنها جاءت جامعة في أصول الفقهة المهمة قواعده الجامعة، وهي مما ينبغي لكل طالب علم حفظه وفهمه والعمل به، وزيادة في افادة هذا الطالب تم إلحاق الرسالة هذه ببعض التعليقات اللطيفة على فصول الرسالة السعدية، كما وتم تذيل الرسالة والتعليقات بتحقيق لطيف هدفه توضيح ما خفي فيها ن معانٍ وألفاظ هامة جاءت في الرسالة الأصل.
