Book Description
إن الله تعالى اختص هذه الشريعة بالشمول والكلية، لتكون صالحة للحكم في كل زمان ومكان، وهذا من شرفها على سائر الملل والشرائع، وعلم الحلال والحرام من أهم روافد هذه الشريعة السمحة، إذ به يتبين جلالها وعظمتها وسعة إحاطتها بكل ما ينزل بالناس من الوقائع والحوادث، والعلماء الربانيون هم وارثو الشريعة، لذلك ميزهم الله تعالى عن غيرهم وخصهم وقربهم.
ثم إن أول ما يجب أن يتصف به العلماء الربانيون من الأخلاق: التواضع ومجانبة العجب، فهو بالناس جميعا قبيح، ولكنه بالعلماء أقبح وأشنع.
وهذا الكتاب جمع الخصلتين وحوى الميزتين فهو كتاب فقهي بالدرجة الأولى، وإن كان قد جمع بين دفتيه مسائل من باب الاعتقاد وغيره، وقد تحلى فيه السائل والمجيب بأزهى الآداب وأكملها حتى إن القارئ ليلتذ بما تجملا به من كريم الخلق قبل أن ينتفع بما سطراه من مسائل العلم.
كما سيجد القارئ في طيات هذا الكتاب مسائل شائكة ونوازل شاقة كشفها الشيخ ابن دحيان بسؤالاته، وأجاب عنها شيخ دمشق ابن بدران رحمهما الله تعالى.
وقد قام المعتني بضبط الكتاب، وتقسيم كلام المصنف إلى فقرات متناسبة مع المعاني، ووضع علامات الترقيم، ثم عزو الآيات القرآنية إلى سورها بأرقامها، وتخريج الأحاديث والآثار، وتوثيق النصوص من أصولها قدر الإمكان، والتعليق والتوضيح لبعض ما ورد في النص إذا اقتضى الحال، وترجم لكثير من الأعلام الذين ورد ذكرهم في الكتاب تتميماً للفائدة.
ثم ختم عمله بفهارس علمية عامة.
