وقد رأينا تقسيم هذه الدراسة لبابين. نعالج فى الباب الأول (موقف القانون من تداول وإستعمال المبيدات). ونخصص الباب الثانى (لموقف القانون من إستعمال المخصبات والأعلاف، وتنظيم دورها فى زيادة إنتاج الغذاء).
