الطفل هو البداية التي تحلم بها كل أم منذ اللحظة الأولي للحمل، وكلنا راغبين في أن يصبح أطفالنا أفضل الأطفال، ولكن قد يغيب عن البعض منا الطريقة الصحيحة لتنفيذ هذا الحلم، كيف أهتم بطفلي منذ لحظة الولادة وحتى يكبر؟.
أقول لك وبصراحة لا داعي لكل هذا القلق، نعم... فتربية الطفل هو فن جميل وبسيط وممتع أو إذا أردنا الدقة هو علم تستطيع أن تتعلمه كل الأمهات وبسهولة، أنه هبة من الله، وهبها للأمهات وبرعن فيها منذ بدء الخليقة.
أعلم أن آلاف الأسئلة قد تدور بخلدك نذكر منها، طفلي يصرخ طول الليل ولا يريد النوم، بعد أن ينتهي طفلي من الرضاعة تحدث المفاجأة.. يطرد الطفل المولود جزءا من اللبن الذي رضعه!، ماذا افعل..طفلي يمتص إصبعه برغم بلوغه عامه الأول، لقد حاولت كثيرا أن أمنعه ولكن لا فائدة؟، طفلي دائم القلق والخوف من الحيوانات الأليفة وحتى الغرباء، طفلي لا يستطيع التحكم في التبول برغم بلوغه العامين، طفلي يغير من أقرانه بالروضة، كل هذه والكثير أيضاً مشاكل يمكنك تفسيرها إذا عرفت أن طفلك يمر بمراحل حياتية لنموه منها الصحي والنفسي.
لا تتعجبي من حديثي إليك فطفلك يمتلك مشاعر وأحاسيس مثل الكبار تماماً، فهو يفكر في جذب انتباهك نحوه، ويختبر تفاعله ومواقفه تجاهك، وهو يكتئب ويحزن وقد يفكر بشكل يائس أحياناً!!. يا كل الأمهات: أطفالنا نعمة من الله لا يمكن تعويضها، فلا يجوز التقصير في الاهتمام بها على الوجه الأمثل, فتعالين معاً لنتعلم كيف نهتم بأطفالنا في مراحلهم المختلفة؟.
