كما أن دراسة النّص والسياق في الخطابات المذكورة في ضوء تمثلات الهوية تسمح بقراءة سياسة دولة قطر والإستراتيجية المتّبعة وفق رؤية قطر 2030 بجعل قطر بلداً منفتحاً يؤسس مجتمع المعرفة دون أن يتخلى عن ثوابت هويته المتجلية في لغته وإنتمائه وتراثه وثقافته.
