وتناول الفصل الثالث اللعب كمدخل لتعلم المفاهيم العلمية لطفل الروضة وتناول الفصل الرابع الأنشطة العلمية من حيث الأسس العامة لأنشطة المفاهيم العلمية المقدمة لطفل الروضة وأهدافها والشروط الواجب توافرها في هذه الأنشطة. أما الخامس فقد إحتوى على تطبيقات علمية في تنمية المفاهيم العلمية.
