يبحث هذا الكتاب رحلة الحج النجدية خلال الفترة التي تلت دخول الملك عبد العزيز الرياض عام 1319هــ / 1902م حتى العام الذي تلا دخوله الحجاز عام 1344هـ / 1926م، يستعرض فيه الجزء الحضاري لهذه الرحلة من بدايتها وما يصاحبها من إستعداد وتجهيز مسبق، وحتى نهايتها عند عودتهم إلى أهاليهم حاملين معهم الهدايا التذكارية التي يندر وجودها في بلادهم.
