كان العلماء يظنون أن الثقافة الدينية فى البلاد الإسلامية قد وضحت وتجلت أركانها وسطعت معانيها هنا وهناك ، خاصة فى تلك البلاد التي لها قدم ومكانة عالية فى الإسلام فى الشرق الأوسط، وفي البلاد الناطقة بالعربية، وهي قلب الإسلام النابض، ولكن للأسف تتضح الحقيقة المرة ويظهر الخلل الكبير فى هذا المجال كل يوم، ويزيد الطين بلة كما يقولون، دخول فتيان ورجال ليست لهم دراية بالعلم والمصطلحات الدينية مجال الفتيا والنظر فيزداد العوار. وتتوالى الحيرة، ويكثر تساؤل الناس عن الحق فى مسائل كثيرة ظنها العلماء من البديهيات، ورأينا- بعد استخارة الحق سبحانة وتعالى - أن نوضح بعض ما يحتاجه الواقع الآن من بيان للمصطلحات الإسلامية، وما ينبغى فهمه منها، ونرد على بعض إخواننا الذين ذهبوا بها بعيداً عن الجادة.
