ثالثًا: شرح تفصيلي لأركان جرائم امتناع القضاة عن الحكم وإجراءات مباشرتها وجرائم الامتناع عن تسليم الصغار والامتناع عن دفع النفقة المحكوم بها والامتناع عن تأدية واجبات الوظيفة والامتناع عن مساعدة من وقعت عليه الجريمة، رابعًا: الإجراءات الجنائية المختلفة لجرائم الامتناع وجزاءات ارتكاب جرائم الامتناع والقواعد القانونية التي قررتها المحاكم المختلفة في هذا الشأن، خامسًا: التشريعات المحلية والمعاهدات الدولية والتعليمات العامة للنيابات بشأنها، سادسًا: الصيغ القانونية والدفوع المختلفة في جرائم الامتناع والرد عليها.
