يعد الكتاب جهداً متميزاً في مجال الإعداد في المناعة السريرية، ولعله الكتاب العربـي الأشمل في ذلك، وقد ألحق بمسرد للمصطلحات الواردة في هذا الكتاب الإنكليزية والعربية مع ما يدل عليها من مختصرات، مما يسهل العثور على معانـي المفردات باللغتين، ويقدم عوناً لمن يريد التوسع في الدراسة.
