هذا تخريج موسع لحديث "ثلاث جدهن جد وهزلهن جدّ؛ النكاح والعتاق والطّلاق"، وهو مِنْ أحاديث الأحكام التي اشتهرت بين الفقهاء؛ وقد اعتمد عليه كثيرٌ منهم لنصرة رأيه في مسألة نِكاح وطلاق الهازل، ولا يخفى على القارئ الكريم خطورة هذا الأمر وأثرهِ المباشر على المجتمعات الإسلاميّة، ولهذا قمت مُستعيناً بالله سبحانه وتعالى بتخريج هذا الحديث الذي تبيّن لا يثبت عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وقد قسّمته إلى خمس مباحث: فالمبحث الأول: خرّجت فيه الأحاديث المرفوعة إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وفي المبحث الثاني: خرّجت الأحاديث الموقوفة على بعض الصحابة، وقمت في المبحث الثالث: بتخريج آثار بعض التابعين، وأمّا المبحث الرابع: فقد ناقشت آراء بعض الفقهاء والمحدّثين الذين رجّحوا ثبوته.
وتناولت في المبحث الخامس: مناقشة الإجماع المحكي والقول الرّاجح في مسألة طلاق الهازل ونكاحه.
