أن أي مجتمع إذا أراد أن يرتقي ويتقدم يجب أن يحقق لأفراده الطمأنينة والسعادة كما يضمن نظرة أكبر من التفاؤل.
إن الأمم لا تقاس قدراتها بما لديها من ثروات مادية بل بمقدرة أبنائها على تحمل المسؤولية ومواجهة الضغوطات والتوافق النفسي والرضا مما يحقق التقدم وتماسك المجتمعات.
