إن الناظر في محاسن الشريعة الإسلامية وما احتوته من آداب شرعية وأخلاق مرعية ليدرك أنها من تنزيل خالق الإنسان، حيث إنها لم تترك أدباً من آداب جسمه، أو خلقاً من أخلاق ذاته إلا ورتبت له أدباً رفيعاً. وهذا الكتاب أخي القارئ كتاب نافع ممتع، يجول بك جولة مختصرة في آداب الشريعة عموماً، مستدلاً بكتاب الله تعالى، ثم بسنة رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم ، ثم بأقوال السلف الصالح رضي الله عنهم، ثم بآراء المذاهب الفقهية وخاصة المذهب الحنبلي. وهو عبارة عن شرح لمنظومة مشهورة في الآداب ألفها العلامة محمد بن عبد القوي بن بدران المرداوي المقدسي، أحد مشاهير علماء الحنابلة في القرن السابع الهجري وهذه المنظومة مشتملة على (185) بيتاً، ابتدأها ناظمها بالحمدلة والصلاة كعادة الناظمين، ثم أتبعها بذكر الآداب الشرعية، مرتبة ترتيباً جيداً، لكنه غير منظم على نسق واحد. وقد هيأ الله تعالى لها إمام الحنابلة في عصره العلامة موسى بن أحمد الحجاوي ـ رحمه الله تعالى ـ فلم ير أحداً نشط إلى شرحها، مع كثرة المشتغلين بها وبدرسها في عصره، فاستخار الله تعالى، وشرع في شرحها، يبين مشكلها، ويوضح به دلائلها، وأضاف إليها بعض مسائل من غيرها إذا كان الحكم يشبهها أو يلحقها، أو كان حقه أن يذكر في ذلك المحل، مما لا يستغني عنه المعتني بها وقد نص على أن مصدره الأساسي في هذا الشرح هو: كتابا الإمام ابن مفلح الحنبلي، وهما: ((الآداب الشرعية الوسطى))، و((الآداب الشرعية الصغرى))، وذلك قبل ظفره بكتاب ((الآداب الشرعية الكبرى)) وقد جاء هذا الشرح حافلاً بالنصوص، موشًّى بالأقوال، مزيناً بالروايات والوجوه، بهجة للناظرين، ومتعة للقارئين. ينصح به: كل إنسان عالم أو متعلم، يريد الوقوف على الآداب الشرعية؛ لما له من الباع الطويل في هذا المضمار.
