الثورات عادة لا تأتي فجأة بل لها مبررات كثيرة وحجج وتسبقها أحداثاً تنذر بها، ولكن تكون المفاجأة في تحديد توقيت الإنفجار الذي تولده تلك التراكمات الهائلة من الذل والقهر والظلم والإضطهاد وغياب العدل وتسفيه العقل والمنطق، ومنحنى الثورة ليس خطاً مستقيماً بل يأخذ تارة في الإرتفاع ثم تارة الهبوط ثم الإرتفاع مرة أخرى، فهو غير منتظم ويتحرك وفقاً لردود الأفعال والظروف المحيطة، ولهذا السبب شعرنا خلال الثمانية عشر يوماً هي عمر أحداث الثورة الجسام والتي بدأت من مظاهرات25 ينايرإنتهاءاً بإعلان تنحي الرئيس أنه لا فواصل بين الأيام، بل أن الكثيرين منا كانوا لا يستطيعون النوم وتفويت الفرصة لمعرفة تطورات الأحداث ساعة بساعة ودقيقة بدقيقة.. لقد كانت أياماً مرهقة للجميع تمنى البعض ألا تعود مرة أخرى، خاصة من كانوا في خضم الأحداث، ولكنها الضرورة التي تحتم تغيير المرحلة وتعديل النظام..
