لا شك أن العالم اليوم على أبواب موجة حضارية جديدة، هذه الموجة تستدعي إعادة النظر في كثير من المفاهيم التي سادت البشرية آلاف السنين، كما تستدعي التأمل من جديد في إمكانات النفس البشرية، وأسرار هذا المخلوق العجيب الذي يتربع على عرش السيادة على هذه الأرض.
إن هذا المخلوق الذي يدعي الإنسان يعد بمثابة لغز كبير، فالنفس البشرية مليئة بالمتناقضات: الخير والشر - العلم والجهل - القوة والعجز - النشاط والكسل - الثابت والمتغير.
ولكي يركب الإنسان الموجة الحضارية الجديدة، دون أن يغرق في بحر الحياة، كان لابد من إعادة النظر في طبيعة هذا الإنسان نفسه، بهدف فهم هذه الطبيعة بشكل أكثر دقة وأقرب إلى الحقيقة والواقع، فظهرت دراسات جديدة تبحث في طبيعة الإنسان وقدراته، منها تحليل لغة الجسد ومنا ما يسمى بعلم البرمجة اللغوية العصبية، أو علوم التنمية بشكل عام.
وهذه (التنمية البشرية) القصد منها أن يتعرف الناس على قدراتهم ومهاراتهم وكيفية استغلال هذه القدرات والمهارات بشكل نموذجي، يحقق أقصى ما يمكن تحقيقه من أهداف، في وقت أسرع وبشكل أفضل، وإلى نتيجة صحيحة.
لقد تعرضت (أمتنا) إلى عديد من الموجات الحضارية المختلفة، وكانت مسبوقة بهذه الموجات، وكلما حاولت اللحاق بموجة حضارية جاءت موجة جديدة، لابد من اللحاق بها هي الأخرى.
مرت على أمتنا موجة (تعلم اللغات) وموجة (الحاسب الآلي) و(السوفت وير) و (الهاردوير) و (الويندوز) و (الجرافيك) و(شبكة المعلومات الدولية - الإنترنت) وهكذا.
والموجة الجديدة الآن هي موجة التنمية البشرية، التي تهدف إلى دراسة النفس البشرية بشكل أكثر دقة، لتضع القواعد الصحيحة في التعامل مع الآخرين:
مع الأبناء
مع الآباء..
مع الرؤساء..
مع المرؤوسين..
مع الأساتذة..
مع التلاميذ.. الخ
وهذا الكتاب يهدف إلى تبصير المعلمين والآباء بأمثل أساليب التعامل مع الأبناء، سواء أكانوا كباراً أم صغاراً.
