بمعنى آخر، فإننا عندما ينتقد فكراً معيّناً في هذا الكتاب، فإنّنا لا ننتقد هذا الفكر من خلال الآليات المعرفية نفسها التي يرتكز عليها هذا الفكر، إنّما من خلال نقد هذه الآليات، وكما سنرى، فإنه على أقلّ تقدير، فإن الغالبيّة الكاسحة من الفلسفات إنّما ترتكز على منهج ذهني واحد، منهج يرتكز على التفاصيل في وجود لا سبيل لحصر تفاصيله...
