لقد ساعدني هذا الكتاب كثيرا خاصة التمارين التي تساعد على تحديد نوع الغضب، الكبة وطريقة التعامل معه حقا فيه معلومات وطرق ساعدتني على التحكم في غضبي وكيف اكون حاسما بترتيب أفكاري، تبقى هناك افكار خاصة بالفكر الغربي لم اعرها اي اهتمام.
