إن واقع الأمة الإسلامية ينوء بكثير من الأثقال والمتاعب، وفي مقدمتها حرمان الشعوب الإسلامية في معظم البلدان من الحرية.. حرية العمل والمشاركة والتعبير، فضلاً عن حرية الإيمان بعقيدة الإسلام وتطبيق هذا الإيمان في السلوك اليومي والحضاري.. وللأسف تقوم بعض الحكومات بممارسات مراوغة، الهدف منها تزييف الحقائق، وتضليل الناس؛ بادعاء الديمقراطية، وإقامة الهياكل الحزبية والتنظيمية، دون مضمون جوهري حقيقي يرتبط بعلاقة دلالية مع الألفاظ والمعاني المطروحة في مجال الدعاية أو الخطاب الاستبدادي المزيف بمعنى أدق.
وقد طالب كثير من الناس جماعة الإخوان المسلمين بتشكيل حزب سياسي، له برنامج معروف ومطروح علي الأمة، لتفادي مشكلات كثيرة مع النظام والنخبة المؤيدة له أو المتماهية مع الثقافة الغربية، وقد تلقيت بالفعل البرنامج في صورته الأولي أو القراءة الأولي؛ مع رغبة كريمة في مناقشته ووضع وجهة النظر عليه.
واستجابة لهذه الرغبة الكريمة تناولت البرنامج في الصفحات التالية، وسط هجوم كاسح شنه فريق لا يستهان به من التخب الموالية للنظام والأخرى المتغربة الرافضة للإسلام معتقداً ومنهجاً، أو القاصرة عن فهمه تشريعاً وإدراكه تحقيقاً.
لقد ارتكز الهجوم الكاسح علي بعض النقاط القليلة التي تدور حول تشكيل هيئة من علماء الدين لاستشارتها في القضايا الخاصة بالتشريع، وولاية المرأة، ورئاسة غير المسلمين للدولة.. وترك المهاجمون بقية القضايا، وكثير منها مهم وأساسي؛ دون نقاش أو تناول.. ولكنني آثرت أن أناقش ما أهملوه، وأتحدث عنه من منظور إسلامي يضع في حسبانه مستجدات الحياة ومقتضيات الواقع؛ فضلاً عن النقاط سالفة الذكر، في إطار من التبسيط البعيد عن التسطيح، رغبة في مخاطبة شرائح عريضة يعنيها الموضوع، ومن خلال لغة واضحة محددة، بعيدة عن الالتواء والغموض.
