وجعل لكل من فيه حقا وعليه واجبا, أبا كان أو أما, زجة أو زوجا, إبنا وإبنة, فالكل مسئول وإن تفاوتت المسئوليات, والشركة قائمة بين جميع أفراده, وعلى قدر تفانيهم أو تقاعسهم فى أداء الحقوق يكون الربح أو الخسران. ولما كانت هذه الحقيقة المهمة قد غابت عن الكثيرين منا فى هذه الأيام مع عدم التعرف على الحقوق والواجبات قبل الزواج من مصدرها الصحيح.
مما أدى إلى ظهور آفات لهذا الإنشغال والتقصير, فظهرت الخلافات الزوجية وكثرت حالات الطلاق وزادت معدلات العنوسة وهذا ولا شك له أسباب حاولت أن أتعرض لبعضها بدءا من سوء الاختيار ونهاية بالظلم من أحد الزوجين أو كليهما والذى قد ينتج عنه الانفصال, لعل ذلك يسهم ولو بقدر ضئيل فى التعريف بالحقوق والواجبات ويساعد على أدائها.
