في هذا الكتاب بيان الكاتب إياد الشامي، إلى جميع كلام الشيخ الألباني من كتبه ومحاضراته وأجوبته –وهي كثرة جداً ومبعثرة- في التربية، ونسج مما جاء فيه من فقرات وومضات –جرت على لسانه من باب الإستطرادات والإفاضات والإضافات_: فصدرت لتلامذه الدراسة المهمة المتكاملة التي عمَق فيها الكاتب البحث بعد الجمع والتبويب، والعرض على آراء التربويين المتخصصين، وقسمها إلى ستة فصول، فإبتدأ بالتعريف العام لدراسته وإطارها، مبنياً: المشكلات التي واجهته، وأهداف دراسته وأهميتها وحدودها ومنهجياً وخطواتها، وختمة ببيان الدراسات السابقة في جوانب متعددة من حياة الشيخ الألباني ومعالم دعوته، ثم عرج إلى دراسات أكاديمية ممائلة تناولت شخصيات إسلاميَة أخرى.
وأما الفصل الثاني: فجعله خاصاً في ترجمة الشيخ ونشأته وطلبه للعلم وإهتماماته، وبيان مؤلفاته وشيوخه وتلاميذه وثناء أهل العلم عليه.
وأما الثالث: فخصه الباحث لـ (مفهوم التربية عند الشيخ الألباني) وبحث تحته: مفهوم الطبيعة الإنسانية عند الشيخ الألباني، وتكلم فيه عن التصفية والتربية، ومصادر التربية افسلامية ومقوماتها، وعناصر العملية التربوية، وأولويات الإصلاح التربوي، وختمه بـ (تربية المرأة).
أما الفصل الرابع: فخصصه في منهج الشيخ الألباني في معالجة المشكلات التربوية المعاصرة.
وتحَدث في الفصل الخامس: عن المشكلات التربوية المعاصرة التي عالجها الألباني، وتعرض فيه إلى أمور مهمة، كان لبعضاً دور سلبي خطير على الأفراد والمجتمع، كالتقليد، والتعصب، وضعف التدين وضحالته، والإختلاط في التعليم، والفصل بين العلم والعمل، وإهمال تربية الأولاد والتعاليم، والغلو في التربية.
أما الفصل الأخير: فإنحصر في النتائج والتوصيات والمقترحات.
