قام الكاتب في هذا الكتاب بوضع فهارس علمية موعبة لصحيح ابن خزيمة هي كما يلي: 1-فهرس بأطراف الأحاديث والآثار على نسق حروف المعجم، 2-فهرس بالكلمات الغريبة البارزة في كل حديث أو أثر يستطيع الباحث من خلاله الوصول إلى طلبته برد الكلمة الغريبة أو البارزة في الحديث أو الأثر للمادة التي هي مشتقة منها وسيجد الباحث الألفاظ مرتبة على حرف المعجم تيسيراً له، 3-فهرس بالآيات القرآنية في الكتاب، 4-فهرس بالقبائل مرتبة على حرف المعجم، 5-فهرس بالأشعار والأرجاز الواردة في الكتاب.
