Book Description
يعد علم الفرائض الذي هو فقه المواريث، وعلم الحساب الموصل لمعرفة ما يخص كل ذي حق من التركة من أشرف العلوم وأجلها، فقد أمر بتعلم العلم كما ورد في الخبر، والفرائض جوهره كما جاء في السير، وصفه بذلك سفيان الثوري.
وقد نشأ عدم إجادة النظر لهذا الفن -لدى بعضهم- نظراً لما حواه من مسائل حسابية ولكن مما يدفع هذه الصعوبة ويذللها، ويلحق المقتصدفيه بالسابق، نظم عذب اللفظ، سهل الحفظ، نظمه الإمام أبو عبد الله محمد بن علي الرحبي، فسمي بالرحبية وقد اهتم بها العلماء، وعني بها الفقهاء كونها فريدة في بابها عناية فائقة شرحاً، وحواشي، وفوائد عليها، منهم الإمام سبط المارديني، والشنشوري، وأبو بكر الستبي، غير أن شرحاً جاء كالجوهرة في عقد هذه الشروح، يبين ألفاظها، ويوضح معانيها، مع بسط فيه للفوائد والتحقيقات، إضافة إلى ذكر النصوص والاستدلال، وعزو الأقوال، والاستشهاد، وذكر للمعتمد والمسائل، مذيلاً بما لما يتعرض له الناظم من الأبواب، سطره يراع العلامة: (عبد الله بن عمر بامخرمة).
والتحقيق الذي بين يدينا جاء على هذا الشرح حيث اعتنى المحقق بترجمة للمؤلف بين يديها، تبين مكانته العلمية السامقة التي تضاهي منزلة ابن حجر الهيتمي صاحب التحفة كما صرح به في المقاصد السنية. التعرض لبعض مواطنه بالتعليق حيث تكون ثمة فائدة، والوقوف مع آثارها بالتحقيق راجعاً في ذلك لأهل الفن، وتوضيح بعض المسائل في جداول طلباً للتسهيل. الرجوع في الأقوال المعزوة في الاستشهاد إلى مظانها، ونقل نصها إن كان فيه فائدة زائدة. إثبات منظومة بامخرمة في الرد، وذوي الأرحام بعد مقابلتها بما جاء بمخطوطة زبيد. جعلت عنوانها الدرة الزهية اقتداءً بابن الشارح حيث سمى الشرح كذلك.
إلى جانب هذا كله أثبت المحقق في ذلك هذا الشرح منظومة في باب الرد وذوي الأرحام وقسمة التركات وهي أيضاً من تأليف العلامة بامخرمة.
