يضم هذا الكتاب بين طياته بحثاً موسعاً يتطرق لمسائل قلما تدارسها الباحثون ونقبوا حولها مثل قيام المهدي المنتظر، نظامه الحكومي، وأسلوب حكمه، وبرنامجه الحكومي، وليأتي البحث متكاملاً تم توزيع مادته على ثلاثة أبواب: تحدث الأول منهم عن أوضاع العالم الآن المشحونة بالحرب والقتل والدمار والقحط والمرض والظلم والجور والخوف والعدوان، والهدف من هذا الباب هو تفصيل القول في أوضاع العالم قبل ظهور الإمام.
أما الباب الثاني من الكتاب فانطلق إلى كيفية قيام وثورة الإمام المهدي العالمية، النهضة التي تبدأ بإعلامها من جانب الكعبة، ويلتحق به أصحابه وأتباعه الحقيقيون من أنحاء العالم، ويشكل أركان القيادة، وتنظيم الجيوش، ويعين القادة، وتبدأ العمليات على مساحة واسعة، يظهر الإمام المهدي ويبدأ بقلع جذور الظلم والظالمين من المجتمع. هذا المجتمع ليس محدوداً بأرض الحجاز، البحر الأبيض المتوسط وآسيا، بل هو بسعة الكرة الأرضية، وإصلاح مجتمع كهذا مليء بالظلم والفساد عمل صعب جداً ومن يدعيه هو في الحقيقة يدعي معجزة كبيرة، وهذه المعجزة ستحقق على يديه.
وأشار الباب الثالث من الكتاب إلى حكومة آخر إمام. حيث قال أن الإمام سيشكل دولة قوية وفعّالة، من أصحاب أقوياء في زمانه، وعظماء من التاريخ أمثال النبي عيسى عليه السلام، سلمان الفارسي، مالك الأشتر، وغيرهم من السلف الصالح، وإن دورهم في الإطاحة بحكومات الجور وإن كان لا يمكن إغفاله، إلا أن الدور الأساسي لهم يكون في إصلاح العالم في ظل حكومة الإمام المهدي العالمية، إن ما ذكرناه هنا باختصار، جاء في هذا الكتاب الذي بين أيديكم بشكل مفصل مذيلاً بالأدلة، الواردة في عشرات الكتب من السنة والشيعة...
