يعرض هذا الكتاب باطل بعض الفرق كالقاديانية وهي محور هذا الموضوع والبابية والبهائية والأحباش والمعطلة.
ولقد أتيت بالدلائل الشرعية من الكتاب والسنة ونقلا عن أئمة الهدى من الذين نهجوا نهج سلفنا الصالح وحبوا حبوهم ولقد أضفت على هذا أدلة من التاريخ الذي لم نختلف به وبصحة روايته مع هذه الفرق التي نحن بصدد الحديث عنها, هذا ولكي يتسنى للباحث عن الحق معرفة أهداف هذه الفرق ويراها بمنظار أخر غير الذي كان معتادا عليه, وقد تكون عقيدة يدين بها.
وإني أوصي قارئ هذا الكتاب بأن ينصف نفسه أولا ثم الآخرين, فالهدف الرئيس من هذا البحث معرفة الإتباع من الابتداع, الحق من الباطل والعقيدة التي نؤمن بها, ولا نهدف البتة إلى إحياء نعرات بين أبنائنا, لا بل علينا أن ندعو بالتي هي أحسن وإن لم نجد أذان صاغية فحسبنا أنا عرفنا الله والدين الذي ندين به حقاً.
