اشتمل هذا البحث على تمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة وقائمة بالهوامش ومصادر البحث ومراجعه. أما التمهيد فقد اشتمل على ما يلي: أولاً: التعريف بالزكاة: 1-التعريف بزكاة الأموال والفطر لغة. 2-التعريف بزكاة الأموال والفطر شرعاً. ثانياً: التعريف بالقيمة.
وأما المبحثان فهما: المبحث الأول:حكم دفع المالك سنا من أسنان الإبل بدلاً من السن الواجب دفعها في الزكاة مع الجبران بالفرق بينهما. أ-حكم دفع المالك سنا من أسنان الإبل بدلاً من السن الواجب دفعها في الزكاة. 1-صور دفع المالك سنا من أسنان الإبل بدلاً من السن الواجب دفعها في الزكاة. 2-حكم دفع المالك سنا من أسنان الإبل، بدلاً من السن الواجب دفعها في الزكاة في حالة عدم وجودها.
وقد عرض لثلاثة أقوال في هذه المسألة، وبينت أدلة هذه الأقوال، ثم حرر القول الراجح وبين الأقوال المرجوحة. مدى الجبران بالفرق بين السنين، وهل هو مقدر نصاً أم اجتهاداً؟ وقد عرض لقولين في هذه المسألة، وذكر أدلتهما، وحرر القول الراجح وبين القول المرجوح.
المبحث الثاني: حكم دفع قيمة العين الواجب دفعها في الزكاة. وقد حرر محل الاتفاق بين الفقهاء المسلمين ومحل الخلاف بينهم وسببه. وعرض قولين في هذه المسألة، وبين أدلتهما، وحرر القول الراجح، وبين القول المرجوح. وأما الخاتمة فهي خلاصة تضمنت أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها في هذا البحث.
