وأخيرًا نتناول مدى أهمية الإعلام الالكتروني في ممارسة الديمقراطية. مستندين لما قاله الإعلامي (ليف مانوفيتش): "لكي نفهم طبيعة الإعلام الجديد، فإننا نحتاج لتجاوز الفهم السائد".
