وليس ذلك فحسب بل ظهر فئة من المنتسبين للمؤسسات الإسلامية يشككون في كون الرؤيا علم مستقل له قواعد وأصول شرعية. ومن هنا، تأتي فكرة هذا الكتاب- الذي تتناول الرؤيا وعلم تفسيرها من منظور إسلامي- كمحاولة لتصحيح وضع خاطئ ومتواصل منذ قرون، ظلمت خلالها الرؤيا وعلم تفسيرها، وعانت من الإهمال الشديد، والجمود، والخرافة. ونحن في وقت ازداد فيه احتياج الناس إلى هذا العلم، واشتاقوا إلى عودته إلى مكانته الكريمة التي يستحقها بين العلوم الشرعية الإسلامية.
